The base of the kettle has an embedded PID temperature control to keep the water at a stable temperature, a 60-minute Hold Mode to maintain your desired temperature, whether in Fahrenheit or Celsius, for up to 1 hour and a quick heating time so that you can spend less time waiting for your perfect cup of coffee and more time crafting your pour over coffee.
